While Ruffles started distributing All Dressed chips in the U.S. in early 2016, they’re different.

How? American All Dressed chips are missing the main vinegar flavouring ingredient (acetic acid) which means no quintessential tangy sweetness this fine flavour is so widely coveted for.

A subscription box delivering Canada’s favourite snacks to subscribers worldwide every month.

What's included in the Canuck Box?

We offer three box options.

The Sweet n’ Savoury Canuck Box typically includes the following:

  • 10-12 Items
  • Half salty, half sweet

The Ketchup Chip Ship and All Dressed Chip Ship include:

  • 10 bags of chips (40 g. each)
Can I choose what's delivered to me?

No. We tried offering customization and it simply wasn’t practical. As such, we are no longer offering customizable boxes.

We always do our best to make sure we’re sending you the best ?? snacks.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We’re sorry, but unfortunately we’re unable to make any guarantees at this time about accommodating dietary restrictions.

Orders & Shipping
What are the methods of payment?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We use Chargebee as our subscription billing platform/customer interface and Stripe as our payment processor.

We can also now accept payment via Paypal.

What currency am I charged in?

Our products and spelling may be Canadian, and we ship worldwide, but we charge and process all payment in U.S. dollars.

Tell me about shipping

Shipping is free worldwide.

US-bound packages are sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and customers are provided with a tracking number. US packages typically take 2-3 days to arrive.

Packages bound for any other country in the world (non-US) are sent via Standard Non-Tracked International Mail. Packages typically take 6-12 days to arrive, but can sometimes take longer. No tracking number is provided for non-US international shipments.

Your shipping address can be changed by logging into your account.

If your box goes missing or an item gets damaged/broken, please e-mail us at and we will make sure to make things right.

IMPORTANT: Chip bags can sometimes become depressurized and chocolate can sometimes melt during the shipping process. Please note that we DO NOT use cold packs to prevent melted chocolate. We do our best to pack and ship things with care and do not send chocolate in warmer months, but we can’t make any guarantees.

Will I be charged duties or import fees?

For US customers, we handle the import process and US-customers are not subject to duties or fees.

For non-US international customers, you are the Importer of Record for customs purposes and may be responsible for any duties and fees.  Because of the relatively low value of the goods inside our boxes, they typically pass through border control and inspection with no issues, additional charges and/or delay, but unfortunately we are unable to make any guarantees. If you encounter any problems, please e-mail us at and we will do our best to make it right.

When do I get charged? When do boxes ship? When am I rebilled?

Customers are charged for their first month upon completing their order.

The cutoff order date/time is 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the last day of the month.

All boxes ship between the 1st and the 10th of the following month.

Customers are rebilled on the 20th of the month.


EXAMPLE 1: John orders his first box on April 1st. He is shipped his first box sometime between May 1st and May 10th and is rebilled on May 20th (and the 20th of each subsequent month).

EXAMPLE 2: Jennifer orders her first box on April 25th. She is shipped her first box somtime between May 1st and May 10th and is rebilled on May 20th (and the 20th of each subsequent month).

How do I change my address and billing information?

You can change your address and billing information by logging into your account.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! We’re working on allowing customers to take care of this themselves in their account page. Until we get that setup, if you would like to pause your subscription, please e-mail us and include the date on which you would like to restart.
